The house, built in 1956, has been owned by the Klingenburg family ever since. We look forward to welcoming you to our house. Letting to holiday guests

has been in place since 2015. Before that, the apartments were

rented out permanently and unfurnished

In order to give you a certain level of comfort, we decided to

have our apartments in this house objectively assessed

using the DTV classification. We are very proud, because all 3 apartments

in the house have been rated and awarded 3 stars.

The three apartments are divided identically into two bedrooms,

living room, kitchen and bathroom and have about 60 square

meters. There is a box spring bed in the smaller bedroom and two

box spring beds in the larger bedroom. But it is possible to

add another bed. Both bedrooms are fully furnished and equipped

with televisions.
